Eligible costs for the following activities
Preliminary studies: Business plan, forecast or assessments (environmental, valuation of a business or its assets)
Capital costs: Equipment, inventory, leasehold improvements, rolling stock, commercial buildings, etc.
Marketing activities: Business cards, lettering, advertising, website, etc.
Management support: Accounting, human resources, marketing, management

Eligibility criteria
A company majority owned by:
• A First Nation or the Native Alliance of Quebec
• One or several members of a First Nation or the Native Alliance of Quebec
Have the necessary financial resources (10% to 25% of the cost of the project)
Present a viable/profitable business project
Have a good credit rating
Have experience and training in the field of activities
Mandatory full-time involvement in the business (no passive investment)
No negative impact on competition
Not operate a business involved in the following sectors of activity :
(gambling, sex, alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, electronic cigarette, cryptocurrency, etc.)
The non-repayable contribution is the last resort in terms of funding, which means:
All complementary sources of funding have been considered
Borrowing capacity is at its maximum
Down payment is at its maximum
In order to determine the amount to which you may be entitled, the following factors will be evaluated:
Eligible expenses (cost of project)
Net value of applicant (down payment)
